2. The service

MeseNeked is an AI-based service that produces bedtime stories personalised to a child's name and to the details a parent provides (favourites, what happened that day): a written and narrated story, plus a video tale depending on the subscription plan. It works on credits. The contract is concluded electronically on registration; it is not filed as a written contract.

Generation uses models we operate ourselves and, for some optional features, external services. Available features and their credit prices may change — we give advance notice of material changes.

3. Registration and account

  • Registration is required, and you must be at least 16 years old.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.
  • You must keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (TOTP).
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

4. Credits, payment, invoicing

  • We provide a free starting credit balance on registration.
  • Further credits can be bought via subscription or one-off top-up. Prices are shown gross on the Plans page.
  • The service shows the expected credit cost before each operation.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never handle card details.
  • Invoices are issued electronically through Számlázz.hu. You accept electronic invoicing.
  • A subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period; fees for a period already started are not refunded.
  • If a generation fails, the deducted credit is automatically returned to your balance.
  • Purchased credits are not exchangeable for money and are not transferable.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you contract with us as a consumer, you may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of the contract being concluded, under Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). It is enough to send notice to legal@sagavu.com before the deadline expires.

6. Warranty and defective performance

Supply of digital content is governed by Government Decree 373/2021 (VI. 30.). In case of defective performance you may, as a consumer, claim repair or replacement (in practice: regeneration or a credit refund) and, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

It is not defective performance if the quality or style of the generated content does not match your expectations, provided the service otherwise worked as intended. Generative model output varies by nature.

7. Generated content

  • Use: you may freely use the content you generate, including commercially, provided you comply with these terms and with the terms of the AI providers used.
  • Limit: copyright protection for AI-generated content differs between jurisdictions; we cannot guarantee exclusive rights in the output, and another user may receive similar output.
  • Responsibility: you are responsible for how you use the output. Before publishing, check that it does not infringe others' rights (personality rights, image rights, trade marks, copyright).

8. Labelling AI-generated content (AI Act)

Article 50 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) applies from 2 August 2026. It may impose duties on you as well:

  • If you publish image, audio or video content depicting real persons, objects, places or events that could appear authentic (a deepfake), you must disclose that the content is artificially generated or manipulated. For artistic, satirical or fictional works it is enough to make the disclosure in a way that does not spoil the work.
  • If you publish AI-generated text to inform the public on matters of public interest, that must also be disclosed, unless the content underwent human editorial review and someone holds editorial responsibility for it.

The service marks generated output in a machine-readable way (IPTC "trainedAlgorithmicMedia" digital source type in the file metadata). That marking can be removed by editing the file and does not by itself discharge your own disclosure duty when publishing.

9. Prohibited use

You must not use the service to:

  • produce unlawful content, hate speech or incitement to violence;
  • produce sexual content, and in particular any material depicting minors;
  • depict real people deceptively without their consent, or impersonate another person;
  • clone a voice from a sample you have no right to use;
  • spread misleading information presented as real events;
  • use others' intellectual property without authorisation;
  • circumvent the service technically, load it abusively through automation, or bypass the credit system.

We may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are breached. Suspension is immediate for serious or repeated infringement; otherwise we ask you to stop first. You can contest the decision at legal@sagavu.com.

10. Availability and liability

Except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, we exclude all other liability relating to the service, AI-generated content and customer support guidance to the fullest extent permitted by law. SagaVu AI-generated content and fox replies may be inaccurate or incomplete; we give no additional guarantee of accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. They do not replace legal, medical or other professional advice. Review content before using it or showing it to a child. This does not exclude or limit liability for intentional breach or breach causing death, personal injury or harm to health, mandatory remedies for defective performance, data protection obligations or statutory consumer rights. An AI error alone is not a ground for rejecting a complaint or refund claim.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: the service also depends on cloud and compute infrastructure. We give advance notice of planned maintenance.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. We give at least 15 days' notice before an amendment takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may terminate by deleting your account before it takes effect.

12. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to legal@sagavu.com; we respond substantively within 30 days. If we reject your complaint, as a consumer you may turn to:
